Racism is not only manifested in criminally relevant assaults, but can also be the result of seemingly neutral actions and routines. The third racism report therefore focuses on the effect of racism. The interdepartmental working group responsible for the report makes various recommendations to the municipal administration. For example, urban authorities are required to pay attention to the unintended discriminatory effects of their own activities.

The working group has given three external experts to comment orally on the third racism report in a short presentation of 10 minutes. The occasion for this was the presentation of the third racism report on 7 June 2018. The presentations are compiled in the conference documentation .
