Registration and Confirmation

Whenever you register for a course, a written confirmation will be sent by mail. You will receive the invoice separately. The instructor will hand out a participation confirmation to pass forward to your health-insurance provider for recovery.

For a rearrangement or cancellation of a booked class you will be charged a service fee of CHF 50.–.

Prepayment

An advanced payment must be made 14 days before the course starts.

Cancellation and Refund

When cancelling 2 weeks before the cours starts you will have to pay the full price.

Refund is only given when you cancel more than 2 weeks in advance or if medical issues occur. In case of medical reasons for cancellation you have to hand in an explanatory statement and a doctor's certificate. In this case we charge a service fee oc CHF 50.–. If you have already started a course when cancelling there is no right for refund.
