Those who move to Zurich from abroad usually want to learn German as quickly as possible. The Integration Office supports you in finding the right course. The German course database provides an overview of numerous offers for learning German in the city of Zurich. There are subsidized and non-subsidized German courses. Proof of language proficiency
For decisions to grant a settlement permit or citizenship (from 2015), an official proof of language skills is required. More information can be found here.
Fide
With fide , the Federal Office for Migration has drawn up a framework concept for the linguistic integration of migrants on behalf of the Federal Council. All relevant information and content is available on the fide web portal .
