In the context of structural renewal and densification processes, this report 2021 on the monitoring of social space in Zurich's urban development deals with questions of socially acceptable internal development and provides information on the population composition as well as indications for the future structural development of the city of Zurich on a small-scale basis.

The report is divided into two parts: general socio-spatial monitoring and socio-spatial monitoring in relation to municipal structural planning.
