The Integration Promotion organizes various events aimed at employees of the municipal administration, which are not open to the public. 

In cooperation with Infodona, the Integration Promotion offers information events for employees of the municipal administration.   

Contacts with the population are of great importance for many municipal authorities. Designing them competently and customer-friendly is a constant challenge and requires, among other things, an examination of the backgrounds and life situations of newcomers.

The events are aimed at employees who work for the City of Zurich on a direct or indirect basis. They are not public.

Employees who have already registered for an event in previous years will automatically receive the invitations. Employees who are not yet registered, please fill out this form . After that, you will also receive the respective individual tenders.

The quality circles are intended to strengthen the existing cross-organizational and interdisciplinary knowledge on the topic of diversity in the city of Zurich. The quality circles offered offer a vessel of practical further training for committed employees of professionally active institutions and organizations.

In terms of content, the cross-organizational and interdisciplinary quality circles are based on questions and practical experiences of the participants. It's about reflection, about analyses, about new possibilities – and about bringing the knowledge and suggestions gained back into your own institution.

This offer is primarily aimed at employees of municipal and near-city institutions as well as non-profit organizations of the City of Zurich.

The next edition of the quality circles will start in March 2024 and last until the end of 2024.
