The enclosure of the motorway in Schwamendingen triggers major changes in District 12. With a report, the city council sheds light on the expected social consequences of replacement new buildings and the attitude of the population towards the adulterations.
The enclosure of the motorway currently under construction and the overland park planned on the lid will greatly improve the living and quality of life in District 12. As part of the approval of the design plan in the summer of 2016, the municipal council requested a report on the effects of the motorway canopy on landowners and tenants. The report now available focuses on the expected social consequences of replacement new buildings in the immediate vicinity as well as in the entire district and sheds light on the attitude of the population towards the changes.
